Burntisland Hedgehog Haven

Over the last few months we have been involved in a number of projects to help raise funds, and awareness, for Burntisland Hedgehog Haven.

This has included making a range of crafts to sell at our planned pop-up shop, building and delivering hedgebox boxes built during woodworking lessons, and some other tasks.

In September our young people were able to pass on what we had raised so far - £115! - and get to see some of the lovely rescue hedgehogs.

This led to us running a pop-shop in Burntisland High Street on 1st December, where we sold a range of arts and crafts items made in school, with the aim of further supporting Burntisland Hedgehog Haven.

All of our young people involved were amazing throughout, and the local community were incredibly supportive.
